Nondual awareness, also known as non-duality, refers to a state of consciousness where the perceived separation between subject and object, self and other, dissolves. It's a state of unified, immutable, and often blissful awareness, sometimes described as the ground of being or pure consciousness. This perspective is central to various contemplative traditions, including Advaita Vedanta, Mahayana Buddhism, and Kashmiri Shaivism.
