It may sound a little silly, but I suggest giving your imposter syndrome a name. This is great for times when it pops up, so you can differentiate it from [...] your healthy thoughts. The sillier the name, the better, because it'll lessen is power over you. Eventually, you'll be ready to say, 'Oh, here's Mr Tiddlywinks again, trying to tell me I'm no good...'
