— The Method of No Method by Sheng Yen

 Your sole concern in this practice is to just let go, layer by layer. Let go of your involvement with your body, with your wandering thoughts, and just sit, minding yourself sitting. That is your only concern. Without minding your body, without minding your wandering thoughts, you just sit there. If you train yourself like this, you will be liberated from body and mind.
