You are the awareness of your existence: beyond thoughts, emotions, skin color, gender, sensory perceptions, personality, and physical form. Turn your attention inward and realize your unchanging consciousness. Observe what can be effortlessly observed, and focus your attention on the source of this awareness. This is how you awaken to the truth of your formless and eternal existence (the 'I' that witnesses)
