Sri Ramanopadesha Noonmalai
This word ullam
does not only mean ‘heart’ or the innermost ‘core’ of our
being, but also means ‘am’, so in this context it clearly indicates that the absolute non-dual selfconscious reality that
Sri Bhagavan refers to as ulladu is only our own
essential being, which we always experience as ‘I am’.
