Mooji

 Do not try to stop any movement,

any sensation, any thought.
Let them flow by.
There is no need to be concerned about these,
simply you are here as pure awareness.
Notice the attention;
if there is any movement to go out, or even in,
if there is that, it is only another sensation.
There is neither in nor out for you.
There is neither movement nor measurement
for awareness.
What could compare with this?
Stay as the awareness alone.
