Remembering that Great Spirit and Mother Earth love us purely and completely, and doesn’t judge, shame, hate, or blame us for our humanness, and we deserve the exact same love from ourselves.
Growing pains are a natural part of the process. The pain that is felt from growth and seeing clearly is not a call to judge or condemn our humanness (which tends to keeps us stuck) but to honor the blessing of clarity, hence honouring and allowing new life to sprout from the ashes.
Love and acceptance of what has been, the mistakes we’ve made from ignorance and blindness, and the hard experiences we’ve had to go through, so that we can alchemize them into gold. And then rise from that gold, that, turning a new leaf, a new chapter, a new cycle….surrendering to our beauty and passion-ultimately coming into our own divinity as stewards of Gaia.
