Our intrinsic nature is satchitananda Brahman. Incidental nature is body mind sense complex and world.
These are not making me to realise the essential nature satchitananda and makes me bind to samsara of sorrow pain,birth death, success and failure, heat and cold, honour and dishonour.
Our sadhana therefore is to drop the things which obstructs us to realise our own infinite light of consciousness.
