- Our intrinsic nature is satchitananda Brahman. Incidental nature is body mind sense complex and world.
- These are not making me to realise the essential nature satchitananda and makes me bind to samsara of sorrow pain,birth death, success and failure, heat and cold, honour and dishonour.
- Our sadhana therefore is to drop the things which obstructs us to realise our own infinite light of consciousness.
