You must embrace the empirical truth that you are free at any given moment to leave the continuous cycle of personal suffering in your life. There is no need to believe-in or identify with any false, mind-made narratives that give you the experience of fear, powerlessness and disconnectedness.
Your ‘out of jail’ pass is choosing to see yourself as the field of limitless possibilities. Detach from the trappings of delusion by not seeing the forest for the trees. You hold the master key that transcends all self-limiting beliefs, negative thoughts-patterns, habitual tendencies and flawed perceptions that you hold about yourself.
Open your heart-mind ‘unconditionally’ (with no inner resistance, defenses, expectations or conditions) to the formless and timeless realm of cosmic consciousness (the true source of all things).
