It’s all a creation of mind, an endless movie, and sometimes a terrible dream. The great irony is to think you have some power to actually change the dream; that is just a figment appearing to do things in the dream. Be aware of the dream.Look at what looks at the dream. Instead of being submerged, ease up and see the fresh air.
