The mind will use countless hooks and schemes to keep you locked in. Pound on the doors but the mind does not surrender. You need to be patient and unyieldingly calm. The door opens not from pounding, but by dissipation of the false. You are not what is perceived but that which perceives; ineffable, unbound, pervasive. This contemplation requires conscious application in the beginning.
