 "You shouldn’t go for teachings that move mountains, your inner kundalinis, your channels, or gain enlightenment in one lifetime immediately. Though these teachings are esoteric and powerful, are you ready for them? Being ready takes decades of practice. So you have to be sure. I know of people ‘doing’ higher tantric practices for the last 15 years and gave up and just went back to hedonism. They weren’t ready it turns out. Instead of applying the fundamentals, they ran for the sky and just fell back down to earth."
