Nisargadatta Maharaj

 Your thoughts will take you down paths of resistance and malaise. Don’t travel with them. Refuse such thoughts but save one; the ‘I-am' thought. Simple beingness is all there really is, nothing else. The mind will rebel at first but be patient and persevere, it will yield and you will ease upon a field of lightness.
