 Put down the affairs of the world.

For the world is a changing affair with a beginning and an end.

Do your duty that you have been given for the day and turn within.

Let no hatred arise in your consciousness but with a strength grounded in love turn within to the love of all and let the hatred pass.

Realising the great love within and holding on to it become the love of the divine and in this way you shall transform yourself to the Love of the Source that is God Shiva.

Realise that thoughts arise in consciousness through the conditioning of the mind but you are not the conditioning and neither are you the mind and realising that, turn within to your real nature that is the awareness of divine love.
