 You hold the key to your own cage!

Your transformation has been a long time coming, but it won't truly begin until you will it to be! The trick is not to think about what to do, but instead simply do it. The flower doesn't worry about how it blooms it simply does!

Your spirit can be as free as you could ever dream it could, or it can remain locked away in your matter, pushed to the side for whatever physical gains you try to replace it with. However, as long as you forsake your own spirit you will fill empty inside. This is a symptom of letting your soul atrophy! Whatever you may try to fill that void with will at best provide temporary distraction.

A spirit unbound is a spirit with no limits! Once you decide to nurture your soul you won't feel that emptiness anymore. You won't feel the need to fill that hole with everything you can think of. Most importantly, you will discover that instead of being weighed down, you have become weightless! Your soul will start to smile through your heart, and your heart through your eye's. Once you have reached this point, then bot only will your eye's truly be the window to your soul, but your soul will shine through your entire being!
