Integral Spirituality by JSM and Alan Watts

Oneness does not mean sameness. It obviously doesn't mean we have the same physical body, even though the structure of the DNA that composes our material form is identical. Oneness does not mean that we always think the same thoughts, have the same ideas or agree on every subject. It is evidenced most clearly, however, in the shared realization that the underlying Ground of All Being IS Spirit, and the Primordial Substance or Ethereal Energy of the Cosmos which constitutes the very Fabric of Our Existence.
Unity does not mean uniformity. It is not simply coming together for the sake of a cause, or thinking, acting and looking the same as everyone else. It is an external manifestation of interconnectedness which originates in an Awareness of our shared Internal Source.
The Universal Paradox of our inherent Oneness is found in the Absolute Reality concealed beneath an appearance of Multiplicity. IT IS the One revealed IN the Many. A Supernal Unification of interpenetrating coalescence in the midst of variety and diversity. One Celestial Essence revealed within, and through, a plurality of expressions.
This Unity of Spirit is exhibited most fully in a Transcendent Love which appreciates the Beauty of each unique color in the rainbow, while possessing the Nondual Awareness that every one of them emanates from a Single Light. A Love that values the significance of each holon (whole individual) as an integral part of the Collective Whole which some call God.
There is a Unitive and Integral Knowledge of God (Omnipresence) that is demonstrated by this Unconditional Love which transcends the outward appearance to behold the Numinous Reality of the Divine Nature present in the Uniqueness of each individual. A Singular Vision that Sees without dualistic perception (good or evil) to behold the True Light at the heart of every person."
~JSM~
"The further truth that the Undivided Mind is aware of experience as a Unity, of the world as itself, and that the whole nature of mind and Awareness is to Be One with what it Knows, suggests a state that would usually be called Love. For the Love that expresses itself in Creative Action is something much more than an emotion. It is not something which you can “feel” and “know,” remember and define. Love is the organizing and Unifying Principle which makes the world a universe and the disintegrated mass a community. It is the very Essence and character of mind, and becomes manifest in action when the mind is Whole."
