You think there is something amiss with yourself, anxious, hopeless. Your mind is cluttered with convincing illusions. It’s easy to point to the external world as the problem but you miss the target. You are relying on past images and fantasies. In this moment, turn the target inward, let the outside noise fade. There is nothing amiss, nothing need be done.
