The breath is life
. When you work with the breath in yoga you touch the mystery of incarnation itself. The winds of life illuminate the physical form, giving vitality to what would otherwise be inert matter. Yoga is a breathing practice, more than it is a physical practice. We forget that sometimes in an effort to achieve poses. Tuning in to the subtle flow of breath has the power to transform your relationship with your body, your spirit and with the Universal Spirit.
