Sandra Ingerman

Many of us today sense a deep need to reconnect with Nature and its cycles and rhythms. Living as we do in a technological urbanized society, many of us experience the natural world only through television or the golf course. Yet there is within each of us a deep aspect of our soul that knows that we are a part of Nature, and in response, increasing numbers of us yearn to see the stars once again, to hear the calls of the migrating birds, and to feel the wind on our skin. We yearn once more to flow with the river of life.
