I recommend to remain still. What does that mean? It means seeing names and forms are causes of confusion, it means to see clearly who you are, it means to be at peace. The unconditioned ‘I’ is a clear reflection of Self, the 'I’ is kept up as the 'I’ only. But when ‘I’ flies off on a tangent and thinks, 'I am such and such’, there is confusion and conflict; it becomes a disillusioned ego.
