Jac O'Keeffe

Happiness is internal, unchanging, and constant. It searches for nothing, it does not seek anything, it is natural. Your access to it is in your capacity to be still, to relax, and to stop engaging with your thinking. To look outside for something that is already inside only serves to distract you.
