— Michael Kewley - The depth of delusion.

As long as you point your finger at someone and cry, ‘it is you who is responsible for my pain, my heartbreak and my suffering,’ you will never be free.
True Dhamma training and liberation from suffering, is, in the end, only for the fearless heart.
It demands that you go past a convenient and superficial view of life and take the responsibility for the emotional, psychological, and mind based world that you are experiencing in any moment.
Freedom is only found in the absence of our limiting 'self’ identity.
The less of 'you’ there is the happier life will become.

This is practice known as 'loving awareness.
